The PacificRetail Fulfilment Operations (PAC RFO) Digital team is responsibleto ensure a best-in-class customer experience through planning andexecuting end-to-end supply chain fulfilment process (from productdelivery to returns) for Apple Online. We partner with Worldwideand Regional cross-functional teams to support day-to-dayoperations and drive online sell through; plan and execute NewProduct Introduction (NPI) and promotional events; publish insightson customer preferences and market trends; and play a key role todrive strategic fulfilment roadmap and programs in all Pacificcountries. As customer buying behaviour rapidly shifts towardsonline, there is a great opportunity for a highly-drivenprofessional to join us as RFO Program Manager. In this role, youwill be responsible for strategic fulfilment programs that cutacross Operations and Retail to improve efficiencies and offeringsin Apple’s fulfilment strategy. Representing as RFO Subject MatterExpert, new fulfilment process and system functionality will besupported by this role from conception to design, implementationand support.

• Minimum 6-9 years of experience inprogram, project management or business analytics with proven trackrecord of successful implementation of mid to large scaleprojects
• Extensive Supply Chain, Logistics and/oroperations experience with e-commerce or Retail background ishighly preferred
• Strong relationship management andinterpersonal skills with ability to translate complex findings toa business audience
• Critical thinker with a strong sense ofurgency to resolve issues
• Agile in ambiguity, with an ability topersevere and adapt under pressure
• Exceptional communicator and presenter,with ability to tailor style to different levels of anorganization
• Strategic problem solver withdemonstrated ability to envision the future state of the businessand synthesize insights into concrete, actionable strategies andplans
• Demonstrated ability to multitask andprioritize diverse tasks with a proven ability to meet harddeadlines
• Stakeholder Management experience in afast-paced matrix organization preferred

AS THE PROGRAM MANAGER, YOU WILL: - Lead fulfilment strategyand programs from concept to go-live; recommend fulfilment roadmapfor PAC countries and seek global alignment with senior management- Lead market research efforts and build business cases incollaboration with Operations, Online and Store teams to help shapeand form the future capability roadmaps - Collaborate withcross-functional teams to determine requirements and dependenciesacross various fulfilment roadmaps - Represent the business inBusiness Requirement Documents, Conceptual and Detailed DesignPlaybacks, Gap Reviews, sign off on final design with BPR &IS&T - Drive program and process reviews to improve our onlineand store fulfilment experience and enhance operation efficiencywhile balancing costs - Manage communications at senior managementlevel while being in the details of all aspects of assignedprograms - Design and provide reporting improvements based on needsof programs - Partner with user groups in planning, scripting, datasetup and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and drivecutover planning, with input from IS&T

Master Degree preferred; Degree in relevant fields such asBusiness Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations,Engineering, or Finance required.
