Rfs (request For Service) Manager

Job Description

Our client is a well established and growing telco operator. With their expansion scheme, they are now looking for a RFS (Request for Service) Manager.
As a RFS (Request for Service) Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Handle all the non standard service requests from client(s) and coordinate with various stakeholders to deliver the request based on requirements.
  • Ensure transitions are done properly between project team to operation team.
  • Simultaneously drive multiple short-term / long-term complex projects with tight deadlines.
  • Lead meetings, presenting to customers, partners / vendors and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Project Management experience within a fast-paced high-volume environment is a must.
  • Ability to influence others, gain commitments and ensure accountability.
  • Strong collaboration, communications, and leadership skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within a customer's organization and escalate if needed.
  • Ability to engage at all levels of customer's relationships.
  • Detail oriented with a structured organized mentality.
  • High energy, self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced challenging environment.
  • Experienced in project coordination and have liaise with various Stakeholders (Sales, presale, client and higher management).
  • Direct-report management skills to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Basic IT operations knowledge will be an added advantage
