Rider Operations & Experience Analyst, Logistics (Singapore)

As a Rider Operations & Experience Analyst, your role is to be the voice of riders in Singapore and improve their experience with foodpanda. You will also assist in tasks which ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

This role will be based in Singapore and will report to our Rider Operations Lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the voice of our riders identifying their key issues and finding solutions to improve their overall satisfaction
  • Quality assurance of the Service team through regular communication and alignment with the Shared Service Center (SSC) leads
  • Design & maintain tracking mechanisms to capture the common quality issues and report and mitigate the top ones
  • Conduct tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and to measure the effectiveness of proposed improvements
  • Work with both internal and external partners to optimize overall operation through process development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline, preferably a STEM field, Economics or Business
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the tech industry. Applicants with minimal work experience but outstanding academic or co-curricular records are welcome to apply
  • High empathy to understand rider\'s needs and their thinking process
  • Hands-on in Microsoft Excel and SQL
  • Knowledge of Google data studio and Tableau is a plus
  • Experience in prompt engineering and AI tools is a plus
  • Willing to question the status quo and contribute to ideas when needed
  • Team player and could fit into the company culture
  • Possess a strong problem-solving skills
