Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. As a Risk Analyst in Trust & Safety, you will become our eyes and ears, researching and analyzing trends, industry changes, and public sentiment that could impact our products. You will be an influential voice, providing insights into public opinion and policy development to further enhance users' trust and safety. What will I be doing - Monitor and analyze public perception towards company products through analyzing news reports, social media, and databases. - Research and analyze various regulatory information, including but not limited to legislation and law enforcement for cybersecurity, data privacy and social media regulations in Taiwan. - Produce internal reports on public perception and policy development on a regular basis. - Collaborate with key stakeholders in the company to work on various public perception and policy-related projects. Qualifications What should I bring with me - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferably in journalism, political science, international relations, public policy, law, risk management or related field - 1-3 years of full-time experience in tech, risk management or related field - You are fully proficient (written and spoken) in English and Mandarin (including Traditional Chinese) as you will be predominantly covering the Mandarin speaking market and will need to understand Mandarin. Knowledge of Chinese dialects (e.g. Taiwanese Hokkien ) is a plus. Trust & Safety is committed to the wellbeing of all our employees.
