Role & Responsibilities: - Lead, empower, and develop a team of Incident Response Specialists within a time-sensitive and fast paced environment to deliver on operational key performance indicators (KPIs) - Become a subject matter expert in TikTok Ads infrastructure, products, tools, systems, and data. Leverage this knowledge to identify opportunities to reduce risk across the platform - Work closely with global cross-functional teams including Product, Policy, Legal, etc. to investigate sensitive situations and determine appropriate solutions - Serve as primary point of contact on all high priority cases, providing ad-hoc and regular risk investigations support to key stakeholders in Product, Policy, Engineering, Strategy, and Sales - Provide support and oversight to key initiatives to ensure they are connected to the larger organization's goals ensuring projects are properly defined and scoped with charters that include well-written problem statements and quantifiable goals and baseline data Qualifications - BA/BS degree - 4+ years of risk investigations and operations experience, preferably in a trust & safety, investigations, consulting, or business analytics environment - 2+ years of experience conducting complex analyses and translating the results into actionable insights - 1+ year of experience in a people leadership role - Experience in and/or demonstrable knowledge of domains such as risk, payments, ecommerce, information security, and/or online advertising - Experience with SQL or Python strongly preferred ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
