Responsibilities:
Assists the project and its functions to ensure a smooth-running operation and anticipate future challenges for proactive resolutions.
Collaboration with Project manager and relevant stakeholders about any potential situations or events that could adversely affect the attainability of the project goals.
Prepares and implements a project specific risk management process and describes it in the risk management plan.
Organizes a risk identification workshop(s) during the setup phase with relevant stakeholders in which all the known risks which can impact the project goals will be identified and discussed.
Identifies the risks that could influence the project by collecting the information from audits, lessons learned, inspections, evaluation, non-conformities and interfaces.
Analyses the risks on the probability and impact on the project objectives in terms of time, quality, cost, safety and environment by applying methods and risk matrix.
Identifies, define and implement mitigation measures on all risks in the risk register, including risks related to the interfaces with stakeholders.
Updates and maintains the risk register, to assure that it reflects the current situation of risk in the project based on the results of risk workshops and continuous risk review process.
