ERM Manager/ Senior Manager

I am partnering with a stable and recognizable consumer group, with businesses across retail and commerce, to hire a Risk Management Manager/ Senior Manager (equivalent) for their team.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Group Risk Management Lead, you will be responsible for full spectrum of risk management - enterprise risk management, business continuity management, and driving risk-related projects. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing risk frameworks, driving the evolving changes under ERM and BCM, and working closely with stakeholders across all seniority levels to ensure effective implementation and compliance to risk policies.

This is a highly visible role where you will be required to present to and influence senior management/ senior stakeholders in driving overall risk compliance and implementation.

This is an individual contributor role that sits in a lean team, where all risk managers rolls up directly to the overall lead.

Key Requirements

You have more than 8 years of experience in risk management (ERM and BCM). Prior experience implementing/rolling out ERM frameworks will be highly advantageous. Candidates from direct Big 4 risk consulting teams are welcomed to apply.
