Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement risk management frameworks and tools to support management decisions.
• Conduct risk analysis and research, independently leading projects and managing the team to ensure timely and successful implementation.
• Work closely with asset, investment, treasury, and finance teams to analyze risk impacts and financial implications for the company.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments for the Group's investments and assets using various risk metrics and models, including VaR and stress testing.
• Provide independent risk assessments on potential acquisitions and divestments.
• Review methodologies and set hurdle rates for investment benchmarking.
• Undertake financial modeling and prepare quarterly risk reports and presentations for risk committees and the board.
• Take on ad-hoc projects and special assignments as assigned by the supervisor or Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Experience in analytical or investment-related roles, ideally in quantitative risk management (credit/market/liquidity) within financial institutions. Experience in real estate investment, project financing, equity research, corporate finance, or property valuation is also relevant.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• Analytical skills with experience in statistical and financial risk methodologies such as scenario analysis, stress-testing, VaR, and Capital Asset Pricing Model.
• Interest in pursuing a career in risk management, investments, or real estate.
• Additional certifications like FRM, PRM, or CFA are advantageous.
