Description
Reporting to the Head of Risk, the Risk Manager (Project Finance) will be involved in:-
- Performing comprehensive new transaction risk analysis for project finance and infrastructure loan transactions based in the region.
- Preparing the credit applications including the due diligence of credit material, reviewing and negotiating of financial models, and of the commercial and financing agreements.
- Maintaining sound understanding of the energy and infrastructure sectors, as well as current market conditions and financing trends.
- Managing the underwriting process with a focus on risk assessment and optimising structures.
To qualify the potential Risk Manager (Project Finance) should meet the following criteria:-
- A recognised degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of industries and economic environment in the region.
- Strong and in-depth understanding of credit and business analysis.
