Line of Service AssuranceIndustry/Sector Not ApplicableSpecialism IFS - AdministrationManagement Level Senior Associate & Summary A career in our Risk Assurance practice, within Information Technology Risk Assurance will allow you to develop and apply strategies that help clients leverage enterprise technologies so they can get a higher return on their investment, mitigate risks, streamline processes, and find operational inefficiencies. The work revolves around creative problem solving and applying innovative technologies to enable strategies that increase the value of the applications that run our client\xe2\x80\x99s business, mitigate risk and find operational inefficiencies.Our focus is on creating effective and efficient design for the most important business, security and compliance processes for our clients. We touch on aspects of application security, areas prone to fraud and financial misstatement, and streamline processes that are part of our client\xe2\x80\x99s core business so they can get a higher return on this key investment. Using innovative, and proprietary technologies, we help to bridge the gap between business stakeholders, compliance functions and Information Technology teams to assist in understanding how to embrace new ways of working, while limiting their financial and operational risk profile. We use knowledge of financial system design, risk mitigation, business process design, data integrity, security and use of data analytics.Provide coordination as the single central point of contact for end-user technical support and troubleshooting for AI tools and solutions.Work with GTS and/or global tech support to manage and resolve helpdesk tickets related to AI technologies, ensuring timely and effective solutions.Collect and analyze user feedback to identify common issues and areas for improvement in AI systems.Develop and maintain documentation, FAQs, and user guides to assist employees in using AI tools effectively.Work with the Change Management Specialist to conduct training sessions and workshops to help users become proficient with AI technologies.Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to address complex technical problems and implement enhancements.Monitor system performance and usage metrics, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact users.Collaborate with the AI Strategy Lead to ensure AI tools and solutions comply with organizational policies and best practices, including security and data privacy standards.Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel Requirements Not SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?
