Line of Service AssuranceIndustry/Sector Not ApplicableSpecialism IFS - AdministrationManagement Level Senior Associate & Summary A career in our Risk Assurance practice, within Information Technology Risk Assurance will allow you to develop and apply strategies that help clients leverage enterprise technologies so they can get a higher return on their investment, mitigate risks, streamline processes, and find operational inefficiencies. The work revolves around creative problem solving and applying innovative technologies to enable strategies that increase the value of the applications that run our client\xe2\x80\x99s business, mitigate risk and find operational inefficiencies.Our focus is on creating effective and efficient design for the most important business, security and compliance processes for our clients. We touch on aspects of application security, areas prone to fraud and financial misstatement, and streamline processes that are part of our client\xe2\x80\x99s core business so they can get a higher return on this key investment. Using innovative, and proprietary technologies, we help to bridge the gap between business stakeholders, compliance functions and Information Technology teams to assist in understanding how to embrace new ways of working, while limiting their financial and operational risk profile. We use knowledge of financial system design, risk mitigation, business process design, data integrity, security and use of data analytics.Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of AI technologies across the organization.Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand change impacts and tailor communication plans accordingly.Design and collaborate with L&D (or LoS reps) to deliver training programs that ensure employees are proficient in new AI tools and processes.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, including tracking financial metrics and return on investment (ROI) to ensure value realization.Collaborate with the AI Strategy Lead to provide support and coaching to LoS leadership and senior management to help them lead change within their teams.Work with the AI Strategy Lead to coordinate the onboarding of new AI tools, ensuring they meet organizational needs and are integrated smoothly into existing workflows.Collaborate with risk management teams to ensure that new AI tools undergo comprehensive risk assessments, addressing any potential security, compliance, or operational risks.Communicate the benefits and progress of AI initiatives to foster a positive attitude towards change, highlighting both qualitative and quantitative successes.Identify and address resistance to change, ensuring a smooth transition to new AI-driven workflows.Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel Requirements Not SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?
