R&M technicianDescription -Pilot Line Technical Specialist \xe2\x80\x93 ADPLJob Level: R&M 3,4,5Location: Tuas, SingaporeShift: Normal shiftTime: 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pmRoles and Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 The successful candidate will be responsible to carry out the on-going Production activities at Pilot Line. The role entails the following:\xc3\x98 Track and manage the Product raw materials and operating material inventory, including executing inventory cycle count, track material shelf life, track operating supplies usage rate, manage NCM inventory\xc3\x98 Work closely with supply chain in Raw Material and Operating Supplies purchase.\xc3\x98 Perform S4 transaction for engineering pull and scrap\xc3\x98 Subject matter expert in S4 and troubleshooting any S4 transaction related issue\xc3\x98 Focal point in managing the purchase request, track the Purchase request and record the invoice cash flow\xc3\x98 Perform cost tracking and publish the report\xc3\x98 Must know to perform ink build independently with given procedures.\xc3\x98 Must know how to create documentation for NPI.\xc3\x98 Must know how to update documentation whenever there is a Management of change.\xc3\x98 Must know how to perform shipment\xc3\x98 Initiate kaizen projects to improve productivity, automation, quality and safety in Pilot line environment.\xc3\x98 Provide support to Pilot line which include Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain initiatives such as Smart Manufacturing, cost reduction and quality improvement projects, and troubleshooting.Education and Experience1. Diploma in any field of Engineering or higher.2. Physically fit and able to work 8 hours shift.3. Commitment to perform the job according to work instructions and procedures.4.
