- Provide support for local walk-in customer for warranty claim.
- Provide support and deliver for RMA claim.
- Provide support for online shop fulfilment.
- Provide support for operation function.
- Handle country distributors or resellers for faulty items return and replacement fulfilment.
- Perform troubleshooting, testing for faulty device, basic repair, software upgrade and reworks. Online shop chat response and fulfilment
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
