Your day to day
Join us as a Room Attendant in Holiday Inn Express Katong! You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who can

• Meets with superior and takes on daily assigned tasks

• Reports and submits lost and found articles to superior immediately

• Report guest complaints to superior immediately

• Reports unusual behaviour/activities on floors to supervisor

• Records room status in allocated section accurately

• Cleans and maintains guest rooms, guest corridors, and according to standards and procedures.

• Replenishes guest supplies

• Ensures guest services specified by superiors and guests requests are promptly and courteously met

• Reports damage or malfunction in hotel rooms to superior

What we need from you

• 
  Minimum high school/secondary education preferred.

• Experience in customer service and/or hotel operations is preferred

• Positive attitude, pleasant personality, good communication skills.

• Passionate about customer service
