Contract Role for 12 Month

Working Location: Shell Jurong Island

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8.00am-5.00pm(Normal days) & 12 Hours, 6 day Per Week(During Turn Around)

Basic Salary: 4500-6000

Entitle for 1-month AWS per 12 months of services

What\'s the role?

As a ROTATING EQUIPMENTS PLANNER (TURNAROUND), you will be responsible for Turn Around (TA) related Rotating Equipment (RE) scopes which includes but not limited to:

• Collection of RE scopes from various disciplines like Operation, Routine Maintenance (RM), Engineering etc. and closely works with Engineering, Projects, RM, Operations to finalize the scope of work
• Provide Cost Estimation for all the RE scope, work closely with Cost Engineer on RE budget Management, Provide cost saving initiatives for cost optimization, better cost Management
• Prepare work pack for all RE scope
• Identify the needed spare part, get quote from appropriate vendor/OEM, Engage CP on cost negotiation. Once quote is finalized raise PR and closely follow up with CP and Cost Engineer on PO.
• Prepare detail work scope for TA Execution Contractor Tender package and submit to relevant party.
• Meeting and discussion with relevant party on frequent intervals and ensure detail planning, addenda scopes are covered all the scopes to ensure all the scopes are well planned for safe, smooth and successful execution.
• Responsible for all TA related documentation work.
• Prepare Method statements, lifting plans, Permit requirements, Confined space Entry / Working at height requirements etc. and review and get it approved with respective Engineers
• Participate in TAR (Turnaround Review Meeting) with External auditor
• Prepare what if scenario plans and discuss with Block Leads, TA Manager, Cost Engineer, REE to manage last minute equipment surprises.
• Perform numerous site check and work as an Execution Engineer during to ensure job is executed with highest safety standards to ensure GOAL ZERO (Nobody Gets Hurt).
• Work closely with REE on entire TA works and ensure all the Hold Point (QC Check) are verified, witnessed by relevant party, with high safety and quality standards to ensure all ITP and Check lists are filled properly during TA for flawless execution.
• Perform PSSR during start up and work closely with REE and respective Engineers on plant start up
• Upon completion of TA, prepare Post TA activities like closure of all PO, Equipment refurbishment requirements, Post TA spare parts purchase requirements , RE Budget closure , Returning all spare parts and special tools to warehouse with proper documentation etc.

What we need from you:

• Must Legal Authorized to work in Singapore without employment/work visa sponsorship requirement.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in oil/ petrochemical plant maintenance or engineering, and preferably with experience in Projects or Turnaround
• Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Engineering.
• Stakeholder engagement and communication skill
• HSE Performance management, Risk Management, cost and budget control
• Familiar with highly demanding and fast paced job environment
