Excellent opportunity to enter the shipping industry

StormGeo has a team of experts working in Singapore, and we provide services in Decarbonization, Planning and Navigation, Technical performance and Route advisory. We do now have an excellent opportunity for an entry level role in supporting our Route Advisory clients. The right candidate has great opportunities to learn about all parts of the shipping industry and interact with clients and colleagues all over the world.

Main purpose of the role

Grow and protect existing client and revenue by delivering StormGeo services to meet the client satisfaction, relationship building and solution selling. Processing, monitoring of account activity. Provide support to Sales team and functional department for all aspects of route advisory services and office administration tasks

Duties and responsibilities

  • Liaise with operations departments and customers to facilitate route advisory service.
  • Identify, analyze, and communicate all incidents to appropriate parties and to follow up with corrective action for all matters affecting service quality in a timely manner.
  • Support sales team on updating of customer database and handling of sales administrative tasks.
  • Schedule and service application input
  • Ad-hoc duties or project work as assigned by management.
Key performance measures
  • Timely response & service to requests & assigned tasks by internal & external customers.
  • Increase in customer loyalty and amount of referral business.
  • Maintain customer contact to ensure high levels of satisfaction & enlarge StormGeo market share.
  • Increase revenue by identifying new opportunities and supporting sales team in existing and new customer
