DESIGNATION : RPA Automation Analyst (1 year contract)

RESPONSIBILITIES
NE Digital is currently hiring for Automation Analyst (1 Year Contract) to join the NE Digital Due to the increase in digital natives in the workforce, the challenges of technology disruption and the push for drastic productivity gain in the social services industry sectors, the Automation COE has embark on a journey to leverage the power of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), low-code development platform (e.g. Google AppSheet), virtual assistants (i.e. Al/ML Chatbot) and sensor-driven smart analytics (AI/ML IoT) to empower the Social Enterprises to enhance their business outcomes at the front and back offices. We are looking for a hands-on automation enthusiast who is passionate, pragmatic and self-driven, and has the competency in identifying real life intelligent automation use cases among the business areas within the context of Human Resource (HR) SSC of the Social Enterprises and implementing appropriate and sustainable smart automation solutions that will enhance the value or create new business opportunities. You will be reporting to the Lead (Process Automation) and working alongside with the Automation team and HR Shared Services. You will help to brainstorm, scope, develop, implement and maintain HR automation projects to help optimise and drive process excellence. Duties and Responsibilities

• Contribute actively to the automation roadmap and process pipeline of HR SSC
• Understand the business and function context of the HR SSC and identify opportunities for automation
• Analyse the requirement of the use cases and work closely with the business and relevant stakeholders to implement the solutions
• Manage the full lifecycle of the implementation project using agile approach and document the key processes
• Transfer adequate knowledge to stakeholders for operating and continual training/tuning of solutions
• Provide post-live hyper care for the solutions and subsequent on-going maintenance support
• Monitor the performance of the solutions and implement alignment or improvement plan
• Build competency in other automation solutions such as virtual assistants (AI/ML Chatbot)
• Take on other automation development assignment as and when being assigned

• Good Diploma or a University degree in Information Technology or a relevant discipline
• With a good understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Virtual Assistant Chatbot, Workflow Automation and AI/ML technologies.
• Must possess skill in at least 2 scripting languages preferably in Python, Javascript or VB.
• Exposure to UiPath or any other equivalent automation platform is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (i.e., Google Suite) and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
