Job Description

(1) RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Location will be in a customer site (Pasir Panjang)

• Responsible for developing and maintaining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) scripts.

• Responsible for all aspects of RPA including, discovery, solution design/scope, development, testing, implementation and monitoring in production/support.

• Responsible for monitoring RPA scripts, improving performance of such scripts through programming changes or configuration. Also ensure business operations remain smooth and documents processes.

• Provide technical support, maintenance, application configuration as a result in change of workflow related to the RPA process, quality improvement, user support, and implementation.

• Work with development team and business support team for operation and implementation.
  

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering related field

• At least 3~5 years of RPA bot development with any of leading Automation Tool such us

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience using Scripting Tools Python, VBscript/Macro and JavaScript

• at least 3 year of experience in Project Development and operation support

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point.

• Excellent understanding of IT solution design, development methodologies, good to have programming languages like Java/C#, MY SQL.

• Strong analytics skills to understand the business process, troubleshooting, log analysis.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; Able to liaise with different team

• Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks and work within deadlines

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
