Responsibilities

• Lead and manage RPA development for logistics with the use of PowerBI
• Design, develop and implementation of RPA programs based on user requirements
• Analyse and identify best practices and continuous improvement in RPA solutions
• Create process documentation such as process definition, solution design, user guide etc
• Provide guidance to end users

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience with the RPA program
• Experience in logistics operational with a logistics system would be an advantage
• High user-oriented service mind
• Tech knowledge of automation tools
