Then come and join our global team as Remote Support Specialist – Diagnostics to provide support to our customers and work with our Customer Service team to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.Â


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will provide solution for all product related 1st Level incidents (customer calls) by telephone, ticket systems, emails based on communication with the listed contacts if required.
  • You will provide supportive operation for CS operation and field support.
  • You will update and accumulate knowledge of current/new products to keep high quality of 1st Level incident support.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • At least 3 years’ experience within service/installation of the related Healthcare systems portfolio, preferably in Diagnostics.Â
  • Knowledge of Clinical/Scientific Workflow within the customer environment is advantageous. Â
  • Attributes and experience in solving complex problems by using structured solving methods.Â
  • Experience in the design and maintenance of IT systems, ideally in a hospital setting for It related functions.

  • You possess IT application and quality knowledge
  • You are proficient in Microsoft office and web applications
  • You possess good interpersonal skills, professional attitude, excellent teamwork, and organizational skills
  • You possess good telephone skills with skill and motivation for attentive hearing and ability to develop "compromise" with customers based on customer requests and knowledge of product and service organization
  • You have strong communication skills in English, both written and oral
  • You are able to identify priorities and derive/decide the necessary actions
  • You possess commercial knowledge
  • You demonstrate strong leadership quality at all times, takes initiative to participate in department projects and activities, and strive for continuous improvement.
  • You understand the diversity in different cultures and leverage on the strengths of diversity. Skill in multiple languages will be an added advantage. Passion to work with people and committed to deliver best services to customers across the globe.
