Duties and Responsibilities Perform the given roles and responsibilities based on the project requirements of site supervisors under the Building Control Act. Witness necessary inspection of all RCC&Civil Engineering works upon the request by the main contractor/clients. Conduct compliance check on the implementation of mitigating measures in method statement, risk assessment etc., Ensure that records of all civil and structural engineering works and related mechanical and engineering works including records of tests, defect rectification & inspection closing works Maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done including records of tests, inspections, status of work, variation works, tests, inspections, work progress, safety, site diary, material on site and equipment on site, labour force, day works, provisional items or provisional quantities etc, Job Requirements: - Minimum five (5) years of experience as RTO, of which at least two (2) years shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to the Works especially with LTA Projects. Bachelor of Engineering/Diploma in Civil or Structural engineering from a recognized university & tertiary institution or applicable qualifications. Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore. Relevant certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry or equivalent. Reasonable analytical ability with good verbal and written communication skills.
