Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop applications and components for various parts of the trading systems.
• Write performant and robust code using C++ or Rust, or both
• Utilise Python for various scripting and integration tasks
• Continuously enhance the systems to adapt to evolving trading needs
• Ensure the smooth operation and reliability of the trading systems
• Lead and manage projects from start to finish
• Provide mentoring, support, and technical guidance

To succeed in this Rust/C++ Developer role, you should have strong experience with C++ (or Rust) and low latency systems.

Key Requirements:

• Experienced software developer with a background in tackling challenging problems, particularly related to low latency or high throughput
• Proficiency in C++ or Rust, or both, and Python
• Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of their work
• Demonstrates a solid commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Capable of driving requirements gathering and coordination with stakeholders
• Ability to lead and manage projects from start to finish
• Experience in mentoring, support, and technical guidance
