Job Description

Maintain and update for all project sites the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) documents, including:


Risk Assessments (RA) Safe Work Procedures (SWP) Safety checklists and permits Inspection reports, training records, and equipment certificates Ensure filing and version control of safety documents (both soft and hard copies). Support in document submission to main contractors Coordinate with site Safety Supervisors / Coordinators to collect daily and weekly safety reports. Maintain and update training matrix for all employees. Track expiry dates of safety courses (CSOC, BCSS, Lifting Supervisor, etc.) and arrange renewals. Assist in arranging safety induction for project sites and application of the safety documents requirements Assist during internal and external safety audits or inspections for all project sites. Any other duties to be delegated

Job Requirements

Education: Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.


Certifications: WSQ Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) certification.


Experience: 1-3 years in a safety-related role, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or industrial settings.





Working Hour : Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 1pm (Alternate)
