Job Description
Implement HSE proceduresConduct weekly inspection with subcontractors' supervisorsEnsure all machinery and equipment at site are in good working conditions and having all the necessary working certificatesEnsure all workers at site are wearing appropriate PPE at all timesConduct weekly safety talk/ briefingEnsure proper housekeeping by the subcontractors on daily basisConduct daily toolbox with the subcontractorsConduct safety induction program for new workersConduct daily safety inspectionAdvise external customers of safety needs when visiting the siteUpdate safety records into the safety systemsFollowing up on all outstanding safety related issuesReview sub-contractors' method statements, risk assessments and safe work procedures.Review sub-contractors' method statements, risk assessments and safe work procedures.Relevant Safety & Health Certificates, including Building Construction Safety Supervisor Certificate and Advance Certificate in WSH or Certificate in Safety Coordinator Training CourseMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industryFamiliar with risk management proceduresFamiliar with OHSAS 18001 or ISO 14001
