Job Description
- This is a job that requires working on-site and some travelling is required
- Adhere to the requirements set out by relevant regulatory bodies & compliant to the Contract work scope
- Assist in accident reporting & investigations & liaising with relevant authority when required
- Assist Safety Committee Chairman to organize monthly Safety Committee meetings & put-up safety reports, including safety issues
- Compile all relevant reports & records and carry out daily safety inspection
- Carry out weekly toolbox meeting
- Ensure compliance of operations in accordance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations
- Ensure all safety & quality assurance procedures & certifications are up to date
- Inspect workplace environment to identify & rectify workplace hazards
- Properly document all daily checklists
- Train & monitor workers safe work practices
- Take up responsibility for safety audits such as ISO 45001:2018
- Have at least a WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH Course & BCSS
- Construction Safety Coordination work experience is preferred
- Class 3 Driving License will be greatly appreciated
- Possess professional knowledge in WSH Legislations
- A good team player with strong communication skills
- Great interpersonal & analytical skills
- Have at least two years experience in a WSH-related designation
