Roles & Responsibilities : * Performing duties on project sites in accordance with WSH and statutory regulations. * Assisting the workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) in the daily running Roles & Responsibilities : Performing duties on project sites in accordance with WSH and statutory regulations. Assisting the workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) in the daily running of the project's HSE matters. Reporting to the WSHO, Project Manager (PM), and other relevant parties on the project's HSE matters. Liaising with sub-constructors with regard to in-house HSE requirements and other matters to M&E works. Conducting regular HSE talks and safety toolbox meetings. Compiling and analyzing all site HSE inspection records to recommend corrective and preventive measures for each HSE non-conformance identified. Disseminating site HSE inspection records with recommendations to the WSHO, PM and other relevant parties involved for verification and rectification. Assisting the WSHO in the implementation of HSE training and campaigns. Assisting the WSHO in the investigation of incidents and/or accidents on project sites. Assisting the WSHO in the coordination and provision of direction to all appointed HSE personnel such as the Safety Supervisor, Lifting Supervisor, Scaffold Safety Supervisor, First Aiders,etc,with regard to the daily HSE activities for each project site. supervising and monitoring the implementation of HSE control measures to ensure that HSE requirements are strictly adhered to.
