Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise site operation to ensure site safety
- Assist the WSHE Officers in organizing safety awareness activities such as toolbox meetings, safety orientation, safety promotional activities, etc.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and formulate inspection reports
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Lead accident/incident investigation team to carry out investigation in any workplace accident/ incident/ near misses and recommend corrective and preventive measures to prevent re-occurrence.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
- To assist in document management and control works.
- At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in construction industry.
- Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Well-versed in English.
