Job Requirement

• Working Location \xe2\x80\x93 P Bukom &/or Jurong Island

• Working days \xe2\x80\x93 6 days

• Min. WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH

• Min. 3 years working experience in Civil Engineering Industries \xe2\x80\x93 Oil and Petrochemical

• Salary Rage \xe2\x80\x93 SGD2,500 to SGD3,800 (depending on years of experiences)

• Reporting to Project Manager (PIC \xe2\x80\x93 Project In Charge) / Corporate Safety Manager

• Overall In charge of EMS Bukom as Safety Lead (once redeployed)

• Attend day to day operation and co-ordinate with various sites for scheduling site activities.

• Assist in the Monthly submission of HSE LTI Report to Corporate Safety

• Tracking on HSE personnel attendance, leave schedule and monitor overtime man-hours

• Review of overall division Risk Assessment Safe Work Procedures & Work Instructions & ensure that it aligns with the latest legislations / Singapore Standards / Codes of Practices if applicable

• Conduct site walk inspections and stand-down

• Maintain the Safety Health Management System Filing and documents.

• Assist to develop and maintain HSE Facilities function of the entire plant, drive for continuous improvement by implementing up-to-date standards to comply to local codes requirements

• Respond to all HSE Facilities incidents and emergencies

• Conduct investigation (5 Why\xe2\x80\x99s) and submit report notification

• Assist, coordinate and as Secretary for HSE Safety Committee meeting and organize HSE Inspections

• Assist to plan and carry periodic HSE audit and able to recommend actions to prevent recurrence and implement course of actions

• Assist to plan training programs to ensure safety awareness that the operations are safe and in compliance with statutory regulations and international standards/practices

• Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of related workplace health issues in order to enhance awareness of HSE

• Conduct trainings and audits as when required

• Chaired HSE Meetings and attend any other meetings (internal & external)

• Perform ad-hoc duties as when required

• Data filing (SHMS or OHSAS)

• Implement safety promotions, campaigns and programs

• Evaluate, control and manage sub-contractors

• Assist and deliver root cause analysis

• Ad-hoc deployment and any ad-hoc duties (as when required)
