To review and support and approve (if applicable) the SHMS, RA, SWP, Fall Prevention Plan and all related safety documents, prior to Authorized Manager Approval
To assist in implementing of WSH and all Safety regulations in the workplace
To assist in the overall operational effectiveness WSH Management at the site and be able to travel to sites without restriction
To schedule and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly safety inspection at all allocated sites
To assist to conduct investigation for all incidents and prepare Incident or Investigation report
To maintain safe working conditions at workplace
To formulate and suggest work safety standards and enforces procedures
To carry out work as delegated by the Superior
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Facilities Management / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Building Services or equivalent
2 years relevant experience as WSH Safety Coordinator or Officer in FM / Manufacturing / Construction line
Minimum WSH Safety Coordinator Certification accepted by MOM
Candidates with Class 3 driving license will be at an advantage
