Plan, administer, and implement safety policy, and safety procedures in compliance with local WSH regulations and compliance measures.
Responsible for implementing and monitoring Company’s safety systems and ensuring continuous improvement of risk management
Conduct weekly safety toolbox meetings and daily site inspections to identify unsafe acts and conditions
Identify unsafe act and conditions created or practiced by employees and contractors and ensure proper documentation are recorded for future reference
Report any accident/injury/ near misses to top management
Plan and implement programs for safety training
Advice and assist with job analysis, risk assessment, and safe work procedures
Ensure that the risk assessments and safe work procedures are briefed to all employees and subcontractors
Requirement
Minimum Diploma in Workplace Safety And Health/ Occupational Health and Safety/Advanced Certificate or equivalent qualifications in WSH
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good understanding of the Workplace Safety and Health Act and its subsidiary legislation and other safety regulations from other Governmental authorities
