Job Description
Maintain workplace safety and health (WSH) standards and ensure compliance. Develop and execute WSH plans and policies effectively. Assess tools, equipment, and processes for safety and compliance. Encourage employee participation and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Identify workplace hazards and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures. Investigate workplace incidents and enforce corrective actions. Conduct activities to promote WSH awareness among employees. Report to the Safety Officer and assist with assigned responsibilities. Perform additional duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety or a related discipline. Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH). At least 3 years of experience in the WSH field, ideally in the construction sector. Ability to provide hands-on support at job sites and take a strategic approach to enhance EHS performance. Strong collaboration and team-working skills. * Proactive, self-driven, and dynamic with a passion for safety initiatives.
