Job Description


& Requirements Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure project works are conducted accordingto the company\xe2\x80\x99s regulations and assist inimplementing the company\'s rules andregulations
  • To ensure Permit-to-work, Method statementand Job Safety Analysis are understood by sitesupervisors and workers
  • Assist in identifying any unsafe condition /unsafe act & recommend/implement reasonablypracticable measures to correct the situation
  • Inspect project sites to ensure safety measuresare being carried out at all times
  • Work closely with safety officer and safetypersonnel to ensure safety compliance are met
  • Maintain good house-keeping of all safety andhealth records
  • Follow up on all safety-related issues
  • Comply and assist in implementing therequirements of the WSH Act and all itssubsidiary and statutory legal legislations
  • Review, suggest and implement new methodsto improve workflow
  • Responsible for all the site matters includingsafety and other matters
  • Perform any other duties as assigned bysuperior

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess relevant certificates(E.g: Advanced Certificate in WSH SafetyCoordinators Training Course)
  • Good understanding and knowledge of theWSH Act & other legal requirements
  • Good interpersonal skills and working attitude
  • Candidates with experience in M&E Industryare an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to speak and communicate well in English
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience asSafety Coordinator
with LTA Project
