Responsibilities:
Identify and address areas of non-conformance with WSH standards.
Analyse root causes of safety or compliance gaps and recommend effective improvement measures.
Conduct training and awareness sessions to promote a strong safety culture and enhance WSH practices.
Perform regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Lead and document incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and monitored.
Develop and execute action plans to drive continuous improvement in WSH performance.
Coordinate and facilitate safety committee meetings and ensure effective communication of safety objectives.
Maintain and update QHSE documentation, including incident reports, risk assessments, and legal registers.
Manage the permit-to-work system to ensure safe execution of site activities.
Plan and support internal audits related to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
Diploma n iWorkplace Safety and Health with at least 1 year of relevant WSH experience
Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower preferred
Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification and BizSAFE Level 2 certification an advantage
Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills
