What the role is:You are responsible for leading the discussions on Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) reports and findings, which include Near Misses. You develop programs that enhance WSH standard and practices and boost workplace morale of Supply Vocationalist and personnel.What you will be working on:You also manage safety procedures, including fatigue policy and procedures for personnel working on machinery, and supervise high-risk training activities. In addition, you develop compliance strategies and play a critical role in enhancing safety measures, ensuring that safety is a top priority within the Supply Formation.What we are looking for:You must have tertiary qualification, with relevant experience in workplace safety, health or business. Possession of WSH qualifications and experience is advantageous.
