Supervise construction work activities to ensure compliance with MOM Regulations and safety procedures. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate unsafe practices or conditions. Perform routine checks on project tools, equipment, and heavy machinery to ensure safe operation. Implement and support the risk management process, including hazard identification, risk evaluation, and control measures Validate and/or verify Permit-to-Work submissions prior to the commencement of work Educate and provide advisory support on EHS compliance to project staff, including subcontractors Assist in and participate in all EHS activities and meetings at the project site, and maintain accurate EHS records. Contribute suggestions to prevent the recurrence of incidents and accidents. Support EHS incident and accident investigations, and assist in the Return-to-Work program. Stop any unsafe acts or processes that may pose EHS-related risks, and enforce preventive measures. Collect EHS statistics and prepare reports for project management. Gather feedback from workers to improve EHS practices. * Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
