Job Responsibilities:
Execute the Sales and Marketing activities for Managing Director (social media, Marketing, Online Seminars, etc)
Monitor and follow up on existing clients for maintenance and renewals
Follow up on pending proposals
Assist clients in grant preparation, application, follow-up on approvals, and claim preparation
Source industry leads and contact information
Accompany Managing Director on business meetings
Assist Managing Director with any other administrative support
Job Requirements:
Polytechnic Diploma in Business Admin or Marketing with relevant working experience of similar capacity is a plus
Self-initiative with the capability of working independently
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Proficient in MS Office, amendment/formatting documents
Clear and concise communication skills
Be meticulous, organized with initiative, and drive
Good ethics with a customer-oriented attitude
