Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to join the growing team at Jedox. As a Sales Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to work across the entire customer lifecycle to drive a prescriptive outcome(s) and successful delivery of engagements and programs for key customers. The Sales Account Executive will ensure our customers are getting the most value out of Jedox products and will help prepare, manage, and deliver strategic engagements across the defined install base.

You will work closely with clients in identifying, understanding, and meeting their specific needs and pain points. Success in this role will be demonstrated by improved customer retention rate and satisfaction while growing new business opportunities with existing customers.

  • Responsible for the development of creative and practical strategies that keeps the clients involved in boosting their loyalty and customer retention rate
  • Serve as the first point of contact for your portfolio of clients and partners in the region
  • Nurtures working relationships with existing clients (including C Level) throughout the project lifecycle
  • Carry out periodic client health, monitor usage, and identify solutions in alignment with clients\xe2\x80\x99 success roadmap to continuously up-sell and cross-sell Jedox
  • Advise and support existing clients\xe2\x80\x99 migration journey from On-perm to Cloud
  • Work closely with Customer Success Team to provide holistic support to existing clients
  • Engage with the Presales team to position and drive for new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional teams(Sales, Pre Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Implementation Services, Finance) to work on offerings, proposals, and other operational tasks such as reporting and invoicing.
  • Gathering client feedback and sharing it internally to improve the product and/or establish better Customer Support practices
  • Keeping clients and partners updated on changes to the product they\xe2\x80\x99re using, new features, and new products they might find useful
Your Profile
  • Multiple years of experience in customer-facing customer success, account management, and partner management
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
  • Experience building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational and change management skills with an ability to manage competing client demands.
  • Consistent track record of highly professional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Presents diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Enterprise Performance Management or Business Intelligence experience would be advantageous. Alternatively experience in B2B SaaS sales is required.
