Job Description

Our client is a leader in Data-driven Advertising Solutions and not your typical Adtech media agency. They are looking for a Sales Account Executive, to be based in Singapore.The role is best suited for individuals who enjoy meeting people and recommending best solutions to both clients and internal delivery team.The Role: Campaign and Delivery Strategy

  • Ensure campaigns are deployed with 100% accuracy and delivered to meet advertiser objectives
  • Strong Search Tech, Social Media Tech knowledge in end-to-end campaign & delivery management. Preferably with DSP knowledge as well.
  • Manage campaign pacing & delivery performance across all campaigns run by the team
  • Validate large campaign adjustments & recommend strategies or additional channels / products to improve overall scale and performance
  • Ability to trouble shoot technical issues
  • Competent in understanding optimization algorithms and making continuous recommendations to both clients and internal delivery team.
  • Competent hands-on, cross-channels experience across Search, Social Media and DSP.
  • Provide technical guidance to internal team and clients in terms of tagging and data syndication.
  • Providing analytical insights and recommendations of campaign performance that would translate to business actions for clients.
  • Competent in understanding of optimization insights across all digital channels & make continuous recommendations to wider team (sales and clients)
Client Leadership
  • Work with Sales Team to drive client leadership / client management on digital performance conversations
  • Drive thought leadership for new ideas, with strategic input from a performance perspective
Do you have what it takes?
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Ad Operations, with strong demonstrable ability across Search and Social, especially hands-on experience in performance campaigns, in area of e-Commerce end-to-end campaign & delivery management
  • Practical experience in one or more DSPs with demonstrated capability to manage the platforms and run the campaigns autonomously would be a distinct advantage
  • Experience delivering both Awareness and Direct Response campaigns while exceeding advertiser performance metrics
  • Technical know-how in tagging all campaigns across different channels to track performance and revenue. Familiar with full attribution modelling (GTM, DCM)
  • Experience in one of the top analytics platforms (GA, DCM, Adobe, etc)
  • Experience in one of the top rich media trafficking systems (DoubleClick, Atlas, PointRoll, Eyeblaster, etc)
  • Preferably some technical knowledge with HTML, JavaScript, & Flash
  • Preferably some experience with comScore reporting systems
  • Preferably some experience with Nielsen or other third-party verification tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Dynamic and self-motivated to work as a team or independently with minimal supervision
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication & presentation skills
  • Results and goal orientated
  • Strong analytical planning and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
