Identify the market potentials and opportunities and plan/execute the strategies for Diabetes diagnostics, Lab Automation, PoC and Oral Care products within Singapore, the SEA region or the Middle East region.
Optimize sales by developing new channel partners such as distributors as well as replacing existing channel partners with better options.
Support and provide advice on the sales & marketing activities as well as other relevant requirements (such as training, after-sales support, logistics, etc.) for existing channel partners for business growth.
Be directly involved in developing new customers through identifying their needs and displaying how we can meet those needs.
Routinely meet with existing customers to ensure continued satisfaction with the products and services and identify additional product sales opportunities.
Provide support to HQ team (in Japan) in such tasks as import and export logistics, commercial, service, regulatory and marketing.
Requirement
Diploma and Degree in biotechnology, life science, business administration or related discipline
Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably with medical device/ IVD sales experience
Working experience as a medical technologist will be an advantage
Open to overseas trips
Able to work in a team, demonstrate initiatives and good interpretation skills
