Key Responsibilities
Execute outbound outreach via calls, emails, messaging, and LinkedIn, based on sales strategies
Set appointments and lead discovery meetings with prospects
Prepare and send proposals and quotations
Follow up with leads to push deals forward and manage renewals
Upsell services such as website add-ons, retainers, SEO, and UI/UX
Maintain CRM / trackers with accurate pipeline updates and contact notes
Handle post-sale client communication and account management
Attend networking events and trade shows as needed
Report on performance and pipeline status
Assist with basic sales administration such as invoicing and documentation
Requirements
1-3 years of sales experience (preferably in web, digital marketing, or tech)
Track record of
hitting KPIs
and handling sales cycles end-to-end
Familiarity with proposals, quoting tools, CRM, and invoicing
Strong verbal and written
English (Mandarin is a bonus)
Self-starter who can build systems, stay organized, and work independently
Comfortable with ambiguity, tight timelines, and constant learning
