Job Description
What Will You Do
- Develop new CMMS opportunities in the Facility Management vertical in Singapore
- Responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying to developing and closing deals
- Develop and execute against the approved business plan
- Work with marketing, business development, and technical teams to manage and grow the vertical
- Articulate compelling value propositions for the FM verticals.
- At least 3 of sales experience in the FM industry.
- Experienced in selling FM services to Large Enterprise, SG Government, Manufacturing or Healthcare verticals.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including C-Suites
