Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a personal sales plan focused on winning new customers and growing existing accounts within an assigned portfolio.
Achieve revenue and shipment growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling products and services.
Manage a pipeline of leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert high-potential prospects into loyal customers.
Build strong customer relationships through consistent communication, problem-solving, and value-added service.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer data in the CRM system to ensure effective account tracking and reporting.
Prepare timely sales reports and performance updates using internal sales tools.
Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
Ensure all account pricing and agreements comply with regional profit standards and tariff guidelines.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in sales (preferably in logistics or service-based industries).
Results-driven, proactive, and customer-focused, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems.
