Job Description


Account Manager We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Account Management Team. As a member of a global team, you will be working alongside highly talented and motivated account management professionals to service and enhance business positions with our key customers. You will focus on identifying customer needs and formulate strategy to maximize our growth in the identified customer and application segments. You will also be working very closely with our Business Unit Mangers, Supply Chain and Manufacturing team to attract and win projects at our key customers.

Responsibilities :
  • Service and identify growth opportunities with existing customers
  • Working with our business teams to develop and implement strategies for focus business categories and focus customers in line with company\xe2\x80\x99s direction
  • Collaborate in RFI/RFQ phase through close collaboration with Business Unit / Business Development managers
  • Be involved and support Business Unit managers during project development phase
  • Provide pricing analysis and generate quotations for project bids
  • Work with various functional departments to support customers operationally during the life cycle of the won projects
  • Build long-term relations with new and existing customers
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Science or Business related fields
  • Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in audio product marketing will be preferred
  • Proficiency in in English/Chinese oral and written communication
  • Ability to work independently under their own initiative without direct supervision
  • Proven background in developing relationships with key decision makers and influencers including experience in closing complex deals with customers
  • Flexibility and multi-tasking, ability to undertake several tasks at once and manage them efficiently
  • Ability to work through a problem and maintain focus with little or no supervision
  • Positive attitude with an ability to absorb & learn quickly
  • Strong Team Player with Leadership Attributes
  • Passionate about business and willing to go the extra mile
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
