Their duties include creation and managing new opportunities and adding new customers, handling any client complaints, working to find solutions to any client issues and managing other departments to ensure clients are experiencing a positive client-company relationship.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term successDevelop positive relationships with clientsAct as the point of contact and handle customers\' individual needs, resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client\'s desiresActing as the client\'s representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experienceGenerate new business using existing and potential customer networksResolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely mannerSupervise account representatives to ensure sales increaseReport on the status of accounts and transactionsSet and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectivesMonitor sales metrics (e.g. monthly, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growthCommunicating with clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed with assigned accounts. From lower operations to C-Levels.Building strong client relationships to maintain/grow existing business and acquire new customers according to company plan.Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that they fulfilled all customer requests.Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needsMUST HAVE

  • Tertiary Degree/Diploma in Engineering desirable.
  • Excellent Communication skills with customer and internal (all levels).
  • Capable to organize customer selling events/activities and delivers presentation session independently.
  • Min. 3 to 5 years direct selling in relevant industry and customer base.

  • Large Project Pursue Leads experience (track record preferred), experience in project cycle development. EPC and Consultant selling.
  • Capable to prioritize task and activities.

  • Experience with selling tools e.g. CRM / Sales Force.
  • Hands on experience in industry process solutions project and services sales.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
