Job Description
- Location: Kallang
- 5 day work week, office hours
- Good in administrative and communication
- Preferably Diploma with some relevant experience
- Customer order fulfillment (Sales & purchase orders)
- Preparation of shipping arrangements & schedule of delivery
- Monitoring of inventory stock movements
- Prepare sales quotation, Input Sales order, Issue delivery order and invoice Attend to all walk-in customer, email and phone inquiries
- Preferably relevant working experience
- Diploma and good communication skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
