The Opportunity
- Up to $3500
- Office Hour
- Location: Toa Payoh
- 4 Months Contract/ 10 Months Contract
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
- No experience is also welcome to apply/ training provided
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Application
- Utilising case management tool to receive and manage requests from internal and external customers.
- Working in close collaboration with the account manager(s) to support customers seeking assistance with their purchase of our products & services
- Responding to customer queries in professional and timely manner
- Working closely with central Inmarsat Teams to ensure partner and sales team requests are managed in a timely manner
- Facilitating the creation of new customer accounts in Customer Master Data (CMD) via the New Customer process.
- Creating customer orders and manage the fulfilment process through to shipment
- Initiating credit notes for marketing incentives, and bespoke agreements
- Submitting manual billing requests as needed
- Providing other administrative support as requested
