Summary:

• Location: Near Toa Payoh/ Novena MRT

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri/ 830am-6pm

• Salary up-to $3500

• 4-months contract, able to start immediately

Job Responsibilities:

• Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner

• Reconcile payments and / or receipts with bank or related statements and prepare bank reconciliation reports when necessary

• Ensure the accuracy of an organization\'s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes

• Maintenance of fixed asset register, tagging and annual sighting of fixed assets

• Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables

• Any other relevant or related duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Possess with Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma holder in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.

• Proficient in accounting software (preference for SAP B1) and MS Office

• Singaporean only may apply
