Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock and inventory, ensuring reconciliation with HQ\xe2\x80\x99s records.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to sales and purchase transactions, including data entry, order processing, and control.
  • Maintain organized and regularly updated filing systems.
  • Serve as the cash administrator, handling cash/card transactions and petty cash management.
  • Ensure the smooth execution of all administrative tasks within the designated boutique.
  • Act as the liaison between boutiques and other departments.
  • Communicate all directives, memos, and instructions to boutique staff effectively.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned when needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum qualification of GCE N/O Level or higher.
  • Availability to work retail hours.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays (off days on a rotational basis).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
