Job Description


  • General administration support such as coordination, monitoring, follow up with external and internal, import/export documentation, office documentation, and monitoring video/tele-conference, telecommunications & office reception.
  • Assist and support the team in the execution of digital marketing strategy.
  • Manage and coordinate to maintain the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media accounts including websites, mobile, social channels etc
  • To ensure all office software and hardware such us computers, printers, server, device, IT, IT device etc. are in all smooth-running orders.
  • Sales & marketing including e-marketing for trading and projects assignment.
  • Any other duties/task as required by the job and/or organisation where required.

  • Keen Learner with positive attitude
  • Strong sense of responsibility, confidence, initiative and commitment.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practice
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Preferrable with strong IT knowledge to support the digital marketing
  • Good communication skills both oral and written to liaise with people from all levels
  • Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint etc
  • Minimum 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Sales Coordinator or Customer Service role in similar capacity may be advantageous
