General administration support such as coordination, monitoring, follow up with external and internal, import/export documentation, office documentation, and monitoring video/tele-conference, telecommunications & office reception.
Assist and support the team in the execution of digital marketing strategy.
Manage and coordinate to maintain the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media accounts including websites, mobile, social channels etc
To ensure all office software and hardware such us computers, printers, server, device, IT, IT device etc. are in all smooth-running orders.
Sales & marketing including e-marketing for trading and projects assignment.
Any other duties/task as required by the job and/or organisation where required.

Creative
Keen Learner with positive attitude
Strong sense of responsibility, confidence, initiative and commitment.
Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practice
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Preferrable with strong IT knowledge to support the digital marketing
Good communication skills both oral and written to liaise with people from all levels
Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint etc
Minimum 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Sales Coordinator or Customer Service role in similar capacity may be advantageous
