Are you passionate about education and driven by results? HWA International School is seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Admin (Education) to join our growing team. This role is key to supporting our admissions and enrollmentefforts, ensuring prospective families have a seamless and engaging experience from inquiry to acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote the school's Vision, Mission, and Core Values (VMC) to prospective families throughout the admissionsprocess. Provide clear and timely information about our curriculum, programs, and school life. Guide families through every step of the admissions journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet enrollment targets. Conduct engaging campus tours and highlight key features and benefits of HWA International School. Follow up on inquiries from prospective families to support their admissions decision. Maintain accurate records of admissions activities using our CRM system. Work closely with the marketing team to produce compelling enrollment campaigns and promotional content. Represent the school at education fairs, open houses, and admissions events. Consistently work toward achieving individual and team enrollment goals.

Requirements:

Diploma in Marketing, Business, Education or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in sales or working in a target-driven environment, preferably within the education sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management skills with great attention to detail. A proactive and collaborative approach, able to work independently and within a team. * Passion for supporting families through the admissions and enrollment process.
